IBC Meeting Dates
IBC Meeting Dates & Submission Deadlines
- The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) meets regularly (usually monthly). Holidays may require meetings to be rescheduled and/or combined.
- The submission deadline is always 2 weeks prior to the meeting (unless specifically noted).
- Protocols submitted after the submission deadline will be held for the next IBC meeting.
Meeting Times: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Location: Via Zoom, unless stated otherwise

IBC protocols are required by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to be approved at convened meetings. All meetings are open to the public and archived minutes are available upon request.
