The Biosafety Level 2 Manual Template (DOC) is a general template for laboratory safety procedures. The principal investigator is responsible for including laboratory and protocol specific procedures for addressing hazards in their laboratory. It may also be required as you prepare your IBC submission. Completed documents can be submitted as attachments within GW iRIS.
